Materials planner
job summary: as a materials planner at our company, your role involves analyzing the supply plan and comparing it to actual orders to determine the materials that need to be requisitioned through oracle. You will be responsible for interpreting the supply plan to accurately forecast material requirements, ensuring that production and customer needs are met. Additionally, you will play a key part in optimizing inventory levels, maintaining the right balance between supply and demand to minimize excess or shortage of materials. Your proficiency with oracle will be critical in effectively managing the requisition process and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our material procurement and inventory management processes.
key tasks & responsibilities (essential functions):
responsible for submitting the material requisitions based on supply plan information.
maintain the kanban loops updated using standard deviation kanban formula.
maintain the mrp / kb items within the ss required.
interpret the supply plan material requests, analyzing data related to material usage and inventory levels.
create iso / internal orders and monitor delivery.
plan category (mrp/kb/dsy) and inter-division sourcing rules. Maintain inter-division parameters.
make decisions about pull-in / push-out (requisitions) based on supply plan.
track receiving material hold (quarantine) iso.
phase in, phase down, and engineering changes.
product introductions, product transfers, and ecos.
black dot on inventory reduction initiatives.
installed rack capacity administration.
maintain inventory levels within a healthy range.

minimum experience required:

job summary: responsible for activities support in different processes such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits & payroll, compliance ensuring in base internal work regulation and company policies. Prepare data reports related to turnover, absenteeism and headcount. Support hr transformation and initiatives related to attraction, retention and engagement.
key tasks & responsibilities (essential functions):
recruitment & onboarding
point of contact for data management and new-hire bonus management. Create position card for new hires in ac system.
re-hire validation and approval. Associate agreements.
update file for new hires for security processes to create badge.
introduction training on hr topics.
reports
headcount, absenteeism, turnover to hr kpis / report for hourly career path / gain share bonus management.
turnover
back up leaders in turnover meetings (traffic light methodology).
turnover committee participation.
hr transformation support – facilitation on knowledge hr talent trainings, coaching support to people leaders and support for critical cases, arlr: concerns per event.
terminations per abandonment in the system.
benefits & payroll
saving box documents reception, validation and approval.
missing payment validation.
compliance
documents for oea/ctpat and other audit support.
skills and minimum experience required:
emotional intelligence – establish and maintain relationships of trust by accurately perceiving and interpreting emotions and behaviors.

education (minimum): bachelor's degree or equivalent.
experience (minimum): 3 to 5 years.
preferred education: administration, psychology, hr, or related bachelor's degree.
preferred experience: manufacturing or related industry experience.
physical requirements: sedentary work – exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking or standing is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
