Job overview we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounting & administrative associate to support us-based clients with their accounting, financial, and operational needs. This role combines hands-on bookkeeping, financial reporting, administrative support, and light business advisory work. The ideal candidate has strong quickbooks experience, a solid understanding of us gaap, and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
Key responsibilities administrative
• communicate directly with clients via email and phone to address financial and operational inquiries.
• scan, organize, file, and maintain financial and accounting documentation.
• assist in preparing and reviewing contracts and other business agreements.
• ensure accurate record-keeping and proper document backup for each client.
Accounting & finance
• prepare financial statements, including consolidated reports when required.
• perform month-end bookkeeping activities, including bank and credit card reconciliations and financial adjustments.
• manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
• handle accounts payable, including entering bills and processing payments.
• oversee payroll activities, including running payroll and making necessary corrections.
• maintain and update financial data in quickbooks desktop, quickbooks online, and other accounting systems.
• analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Business development & advisory
• collaborate with business owners to identify growth opportunities.
• support clients in implementing efficient financial and operational processes.
