key responsibilities
* lead and drive solution-based sales and account management across designated territories
* develop, execute, and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue and growth targets
* build, maintain, and grow profitable client portfolios in line with the company's strategy
* provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting via crm
* monitor sales performance, manage sales conversion, and consistently drive revenue growth
* recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
