main responsibilities
* leads global & local controls monitoring, supports audits, and drives remediation of control issues.
* governs p&ci standards, methodologies, and process/control documentation.
* supports risk management and ensures compliance with heineken rules and policies.
* drives continuous improvement culture and delivers process and control improvements.
* raises fraud awareness and strengthens preventive measures.
* partners with opcos, global functions, audit, and external stakeholders.
* supports p&ci functional ownership, priorities, and capability development.
requirements
* education: bachelor´s degree in finance, accounting or related.
* experience: 7+ years in internal auditing and internal controls and/or finance roles.
* ability to prioritize assignments, self-driven, and proactive.
* strong analytical and communication skills.
* excellent written and verbal english.
