main responsibilities
* coordinate, monitor, and follow up on the project portfolio, ensuring compliance with timelines, deliverables, and corporate standards.
* review, analyze, and manage contracts and key documentation, ensuring alignment with internal policies and applicable regulations.
* collaborate with strategic areas (legal, finance, operations, compliance, security, hr, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of cross-functional projects.
* lead diversity, equity & inclusion (dei) initiatives, managing committees, metrics, reports, and action plans.
* manage internal and external audits, ensuring preparation, follow-up, and closure of findings.
* analyze project data, kpis, and metrics, generating executive reports and recommendations to support decision-making.
* implement and improve project management methodologies, processes, and standards, promoting operational efficiency and consistency.
* ensure effective communication among stakeholders, facilitating alignment, negotiations, and timely resolution of risks or blockers.
profile requirements
* previous experience as a pmo, project manager, senior hr advisor, or similar roles with a strong project management component.
* advanced english for communication with global teams and corporate documentation.
* knowledge of contract review, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.
* experience leading dei initiatives or corporate cultural projects.
* intermediate proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and kpis.
* strong organizational skills, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
