the opportunity
this role has as principal responsibility the end-to-end recruitment processes for frontline positions for celaya, gto including profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews and hiring.
your impact
as talent acquisition asst analyst (temporal - 5 months) your functions would consist of:
* end-to-end recruitment processes for front-line positions, including profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews and hiring.
* post external job openings on appropriate recruitment platforms.
* conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, previous experience and fit for the role.
* act as a strategic partner to the business, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and adding value throughout the selection process.
* ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
* build talent pools to reduce time-to-fill and increase internal client satisfaction.
* deliver recruitment processes within established slas.
* conduct selection processes aligned with diversity guidelines.
* seek continuous improvement in processes and promote operational efficiency.
* follow company policies and talent acquisition procedures.
* collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide consultative support in the recruitment process.
qualifications
* previous experience in recruitment working with an ats for managing recruitment processes
* english is desirable, with a willingness to develop language proficiency
* excellent verbal and written communication skills
* ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* ability with office tools
