we are seeking dedicated talent with enthusiasm and a zest for action for the role of manufacturing innovation and bc manager in our e-systems division.
role objective
develop and coordinate manufacturing innovation and i4.0 projects across all lear me&ca plants. Identify opportunities, new equipment, and conduct benchmarking to support business case development and productivity improvements, including quoting new equipment and supporting lear’s vertical integration efforts.
your responsibilities
* develop and manage project implementation plans, assessing feasibility, costs, roi, and impacts on productivity, labor, quality, ergonomics, and safety.
* coordinate activities of innovation engineers and i4.0 teams, overseeing internal projects and collaborations with local and international integrators.
* communicate customer and internal requirements to equipment suppliers, track progress, and provide weekly updates.
* deliver process equipment to production, ensuring safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and compliance with standards.
* coordinate training for personnel involved in equipment operation and maintenance.
* provide manuals and documentation to maintenance and engineering teams per industry standards.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
* 5+ years in similar roles within the automotive wire harness industry.
* experience in project coordination, process, and equipment knowledge.
* strong problem-solving skills.
* bilingual in english.
