Job title: commercial leader
we are looking for an experienced commercial leader to head our operations in the americas region. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, revenue generation, and sustainable profitability.
the ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in go-to-market roles, preferably in a digital-native, consumer-facing business. Strong business development and commercial acumen, as well as a customer-centric mindset and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, are required.
a successful candidate will be able to lead cross-functional teams, make data-driven decisions, and inspire, coach, and empower their team members to reach ambitious goals. They will also collaborate with global and local teams to align goals, share learnings, and execute efficiently.
the responsibilities of this role include:
* owning and optimizing the profit and loss statement (p&l)
* making data-driven decisions to improve commercial results
