Main Tasks
Marketplace Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings, enhance visibility, and drive sales on Amazon and other marketplaces.
Product Listing Management:
Create, update, and optimize product listings, ensuring they are accurate, compelling, and compliant with marketplace guidelines.
Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and ROI. Generate regular reports on campaign performance and marketplace trends.
SEO Optimization:
Implement SEO best practices to improve product ranking and visibility on marketplaces.
Inventory Management:
Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and manage stock levels effectively.
Customer Reviews and Feedback:
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues and leveraging positive reviews to enhance product credibility.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment of marketplace strategies and messaging.
A/B Testing and Continuous Improvement:
Conduct A/B testing on product listings and advertising campaigns to optimize performance and conversion rates.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Your Profile
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in marketplace management, particularly on Amazon. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace platforms.
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and implementing new strategies.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with Amazon advertising tools, SEO, and data analysis. Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools. Knowledge of agile SCRUM practices and related tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
Languages:
Fluent spoken and written English (C1+ Level).
Competences:
Strong analytical and planning skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, team player, and result-oriented personality.
