about the job
as a proposal development manager, you will be responsible for:
* lead efficient rfp responses in partnership with sales, marketing, and solutions engineering staff
* generate proposals for qualified opportunities in partnership with global teams
* manage opportunity pipeline using crm tool
* standardize and streamline processes across sites related to customer success
* engage with technical and commercial partners to build business in the region
* foster growth of standard product sales and service sales to assigned accounts
* maintain knowledge of products and services to offer best technical and commercial solutions
* document management and contract management to ensure compliance
* support software and proposal tools internally and externally
* achieve established sales revenue targets
responsibilities
you will be responsible for:
1. processing incoming leads from sales and marketing efforts
2. quote follow-up and closing of opportunities
3. coordinate purchase order handover processes
4. monitor competitive landscape and report significant activities
5. assist financial and quality departments at customer sites
6. demonstrate professionalism representing the company
