*key responsibilities*:
verify order details, pricing, product availability, and shipping information to ensure accuracy.
respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, pricing, and shipping details.
coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, shipping, sales, and billing) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
follow company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
identify opportunities to improve the order entry process and customer experience.
*qualifications*:
1-3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or a related field.
proficiency in order management software, erp systems, and microsoft office suite.
strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
*preferred skills*:
experience with crm and erp systems (e.g., sap, netsuite, oracle, or similar).
familiarity with e-commerce order processing.
