*about our client*:
a community association management company that believes integrity, trust, experience, and support are a crucial part of building and maintaining a community. They encourage their team to actively participate in growing their business by helping define best practices every day.
- we are looking for a _*customer support specialist *_to provide exceptional customer service and quality administrative support to internal and external clients._

*responsibilities*:

- manage review, assignment, and follow-up for work orders.
- manage deadlines related to work order tasks.
- escalate items requiring support to higher-level community support team members or the community manager.
- update vendors assigned to the community as requested.
- other duties and special projects as assigned

*work schedule*:

- monday to thursday_
- regular schedule: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Cst mx
- during daylight saving: 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Cst mx
- friday_
- regular schedule: 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Cst mx
- during daylight saving: 8:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m. Cst mx

*minimum requirements*:
*must: advanced english (strong communication skills: writing and speaking).*
- three years of experience with customer service and administrative tasks.
- previous experience in positions in the hospitality industry.
- observation, curiosity, intelligence, and being friendly are highly valorized skills.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
