Manhattan WMS –Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

As an experienced Manhattan WMS Senior Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse general clients across a wide range of industries. The position will be responsible for the L2 and L3 support.
The position will also cover the Incident & Request Management support for L2, L3 tickets to quality assurance testing of delivered system changes and training and implementation of any system changes into production.
Also support analysis, recommendation and Functional and System Integration Testing implementation of any new functionality within WMS related to L2 tickets.
Role will also include monitoring to follow best practices within the application and to define any new best practices.

6 -10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
# Completion of coursework ( Egresado ) in any pertinent field or industry.
# Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
# Advanced English level,
2–3-years of experience in Production support for L1-L2 tickets on Manhattan WMS solution (preferably MAWM or Active version).
• Receiving, Shipping, Order Management, Inventory Management, Labor Standards and Fulfilment.
• Experience using analytics and metrics to assess warehouse processes and operational performance to identify and quantify improvement opportunities.
• Experience working in a consulting firm delivering supply chain services in a client environment
• Advanced Degree in Supply Chain or Business (MBA) with an operations research or supply chain emphasis.
