a top-rated agency serving clients across the country is looking for their*: p*aid media manager*is responsible for planning, creating, optimizing, and analyzing search campaigns, display advertising, social ads, remarketing, native advertising, connected tv, streaming radio, and podcasts.
you are fully accountable for campaign performance and reporting with the ability to effectively plan, implement, and communicate recommendations. You must be comfortable reporting results to our client operations team. You will also be excellent at driving results, being able to coordinate multiple projects on time, anticipating bottlenecks, and balancing business needs versus technical constraints.
this is the perfect position for someone who has* 3-5 years of agency experience managing paid media for client accounts*and helping them grow. We work to impact the legal industry through innovation and education around marketing and business strategy. You will be responsible for creating paid media strategies that align with client goals. You will also be focused on consistently looking around the corner to identify new and exciting ways to accomplish those goals. You will work closely with an entire team - account managers, project managers, designers, developers, seo experts, and more to obtain the results you're looking for.
ideally, you will have worked with digital marketing tools specific to paid media management and have a commitment to helping your clients succeed with unwavering attention to service is the most important.
*responsibilities*
- strategy development and execution of paid marketing strategies that align with client goals, focused on strategically building a funnel that promotes conversions and roi
- ongoing research and testing of unique ways to obtain results by proposing new tactics that could positively influence client growth and goal achievement
- set up tracking of conversions across google analytics, facebook ads, google ads, and new and emerging platforms to accurately track results
- ongoing ad optimization across all platforms, including strategic campaign recommendations, budget allocation, keyword research, audience targeting, ctr, conversion rate, and more
- work with our internal design team on the creation of ad creatives for all ad platforms
- partner with the client operations team to manage client expectations and evaluate paid advertising progress throughout the client lifecycle
- support the client operations team by providing reporting metrics that measure the overall effectiveness of paid media campaigns
- provide strategic recommendations to assist in new business efforts
- manage members of the paid media team to provide guidance and performance feedback
- work with vendors and agency partners
- stay on top of new and emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements
- ensure our best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle, providing feedback and direction to our internal team when our process and best practices need to be modified
*qualifications*:
- 3+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry; experience in a marketing agency setting preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- experience researching and suggesting opportunities for improving paid media marketing strategies
- strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on understanding and overcoming resource limitations
- ability to prioritize, execute, and manage results in an entrepreneurial, open office and/or remote work environment
- ability to face adversity with grit and a will to continuously listen to feedback to grow and develop in this dynamic, fast-paced industry
- dependable, collaborative team player able to work independently and take initiative across multiple competing priorities, transparently communicating roadblocks along the way

- experience managing both internal and outsourced teams
- experience using google ads, microsoft ads, wordpress, google analytics, and other cloud-based systems preferred
- familiarity with content management systems, project management software, and crm platforms. Experience in the following a plus:
- html/css
- teamworkpm
- slack
- salesforce
- ability to make at least three balloon animals a plus
