About the positionis the onsite focal of methods-r&d service for the issues linked to manufacturing processes.activities and responsibilities- analysis of customer requirements.
- analysis and detection of the tools and equipment for the new components and processes.
- deploys and checks the manufacturing processes deployment on the site.
- creation, updates and releases the methods instructions according to the customers' requirements and internal requests.
- proposes improvements on the processes that are used on his/her site.
- improves and participates to improvement projects on existing processes.
- ensures technical support to the site quality during processes' audits.
- equivalences analysis of components according to the necessity.
- realize some tests and tests report associated to validate: new components, a component after a supplier change, the conformity of a components' batch after a supplier quality alert a new equipment/machine deployed onsite.requirements- university level people.
- experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
- handling of tools, reading and comprehension in english and spanish.
- managerial, verbal and written communication skills.
- meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship, adaptability, analytic, empathy, teamwork.
- confident with excel.
- work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions).
- flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift).
- able to analyze and explain clearly a problem.
- knowledge of advanced english (french is a plus).
