key responsibilities:
* identify and prospect top brands and restaurants in your territory through field work, cold calls, networking, and direct outreach strategies.
* understand the needs of each potential partner and present personalized value propositions that turn prospects into long-term allies.
* overcome objections with strategic negotiation and empathy to ensure successful closures.
* become close relationships with decision-makers (owners, operations managers, etc.) to establish lasting high-impact alliances.
* collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure exceptional service and support to new partners.
* provide weekly reports with relevant market insights and commercial performance.
* exceed commercial goals with a competitive mindset and focus on results.
requirements:
* at least 3 years of experience in sales, b2b or business development, with a proven track record in closing deals and negotiating complex contracts.
* degree in business administration, marketing, international relations, or related fields.
* hunter mentality: proactive, goal-oriented, resilient, and highly self-motivated.
* excellent communication and influence skills at all levels.
* high adaptability and autonomy to operate in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
* intermediate english and crm system experience (desired).
* basic or intermediate excel knowledge (desired).
