ntt data is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for an it governance & oversight contractor to work in mexico (remote) with our global client.
responsibilities:
design and operationalization of it rcsa processes.
• implementation of methodologies and change-management practices to
operationalize rcsa execution and foster a coordination and risk culture, with strong focus on the identification and documentation of: technology risks, technology controls, risk assessments, supporting evidence.
• integration of rcsa into project lifecycle practices, change management processes, project team day-to-day practices.
• experience working within large it transformation environments, supporting
governance, risk, and control practices while major programs and projects are being executed, such as: multi-year it roadmaps,modernization or replacement of core systems, implementation of critical platforms or enterprise solutions.
• proven ability to: embed risk and control practices into ongoing project execution, support pms, architects, and technical teams in high-delivery-pressure environments, and help improve governance and oversight processes without owning or leading the transformation itself.
• strong understanding of how to: integrate rcsa, controls, and governance requirements into project lifecycles, align risk practices with delivery realities, and facilitate adoption without slowing down execution.
• experience defining and operationalizing it risk kpis and kris to support governance and oversight.
• ability to: standardize metrics, support reporting and escalation routines, and ensure indicators are actionable.
• no data-engineering skills required, but functional familiarity with tools such as power bi and/or databricks is a strong plus.
• experience organizing and standardizing it sops, including: consolidation of fragmented documentation, alignment with governance frameworks (cobit / itil), preparation of reusable templates and guidance.
• no expectation to create new institutional policies, but rather to structure and make existing procedures usable.
•demonstrated ability to drive adoption of governance practices in operational it teams.
•experience working with highly loaded teams, minimizing friction and perception of
bureaucracy
