Key responsibilities: creative strategy development: collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand goals, messaging, and target audiences. Develop innovative content strategies that align with clients' objectives and leverage the unique strengths of each social media platform. Content creation and execution: conceptualize, design, and oversee the production of engaging, high-quality content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, with an emphasis on tiktok, instagram, facebook, linkedin, youtube, and reddit. Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines while being optimized for platform-specific algorithms and audience behaviors. Social media best practices: stay up-to-date on the latest trends, features, and algorithms across social platforms apply platform-specific insights to enhance both paid and organic content performance. Performance optimization: analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine and optimize future campaigns. Proactively identify opportunities to test new formats, trends, or ideas to elevate content effectiveness. Qualifications: experience: minimum 5 years in social media content creation, ideally with prior experience in a creative agency setting. Platform expertise: deep understanding of tiktok, instagram, facebook, linkedin, youtube, and emerging platforms, with a focus on platform-specific best practices for both organic and paid content. Creative vision: strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful social media campaigns. Technical skills: proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., adobe creative suite, canva, video editing software) communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and justify creative concepts to clients and team members. Adaptability: strong ability to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Trend awareness: keen interest in social media trends, pop culture, and emerging digital behaviors. Work arrangement: this is a freelance position with flexible working hours. Candidates must be available for regular check-ins and collaborative sessions during agreed-upon hours.
