1. Brand & product marketing execution
• translate global brand and product strategies into local trade marketing execution.
• own product storytelling at point of sale, ensuring clear hero focus and category logic.
• ensure brand consistency across all retail materials, respecting global guidelines.
• act as a brand guardian in store, ensuring equity, tone, and visual impact are protected.
• partner with education to ensure product priorities and storytelling are reflected in training.
2. Trade marketing & retail execution
own the annual trade marketing calendar, aligned with launches and key commercial moments.
• execute retail animations, podiums, windows, endcaps, and special activations.
• manage posm, vm assets, testers, and gwps, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
• work closely with sephora teams to secure optimal visibility, space, and placement.
• ensure store-level execution meets brand and commercial standards.
3. Launch & animation management
• lead in-store execution of global launches, ensuring flawless rollout in mexico.
• coordinate timelines, assets, quantities, and priorities with cross-functional teams.
• ensure launches deliver clear product focus, education alignment, and sell-out impact.
• conduct post-launch reviews, capturing learnings and opportunities for optimization.
4. Kpi tracking & commercial performance
• track performance of trade initiatives through sell-out, conversion, productivity, and roi kpis.
• build detailed post-mortem reports with insights and clear recommendations.
• monitor competitive activity in store and identify risks and opportunities.
• support budget tracking and ensure efficient use of trade marketing investment.
5. Cross-functional collaboration
• partner closely with sales, education, supply chain, finance, and vm teams.
• ensure strong execution alignment across functions.
• support forecasting and supply discussions by providing visibility on trade priorities.
• act as a key operational partner for in-store execution topics.
qualifications
• bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or trade marketing.
• strong experience working with retail environments (sephora highly preferred).
• highly detail-oriented with strong executional rigor.
• commercial and kpi-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing sell-out and performance data.
• strong brand and product marketing understanding.
• fluent in english.
• excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• passion for beauty and retail excellence.
• ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
