this is not generic transcription work. We're looking for aviation-savvy contributors to accurately transcribe real-world air traffic control (atc) and pilot radio communications, helping train ai that will power the future of aviation safety and autonomy.

what you’ll do
* transcribe real-world atc ↔ pilot audio recordings with precision
* label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses accurately
* capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology correctly
* work through task-based assignments at your own pace
* maintain high quality and accuracy standards — this work directly impacts aviation ai systems
note: you don't need to be a professional transcriptionist — but you do need to genuinely understand aviation communications.
who you are
* a pilot, student pilot, air traffic controller, or aviation professional
* an aviation enthusiast who regularly listens to and understands atc communications
* deeply familiar with standard aviation radio phraseology and procedures
* extremely detail-oriented and patient with audio-based work
* self-motivated and able to work independently and asynchronously
nice to have
* experience with liveatc, pilot training, or atc simulation
* background in aviation operations, dispatching, or flight training
* familiarity with icao or faa phraseology standards
