The ops support associate 2 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening in coordination with the operations - core team. This role also acts as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The main objective is to support daily operations in line with citi's infrastructure and processes.
responsibilities:
1. identify, analyze, and resolve key issues in assigned areas, delivering supporting documents to relevant departments.
2. assist in managing reports such as business reports, monthly operating reports, and scorecards, ensuring clear communication of policies and processes.
3. help execute and monitor processes and data to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
4. organize and maintain business continuity, resolution planning, and business review templates.
5. maintain applications for dashboard indicators to evaluate process effectiveness.
6. ensure compliance with corporate policies and implement corrective actions from mca reviews and control entities.
7. perform administrative activities for collections, supporting systems and global/local projects.
8. provide exceptional client service, meeting specific metrics.
9. assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and escalate control issues transparently.

* 2-5 years relevant experience

education:
