responsible for real-time monitoring, master database updates, risk identification, and contact logistics coordination with couriers and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of critical radioligand therapy (rlt) doses to patients.

*key responsibilities*:
- real-time monitoring: monitor various systems, alerts, and data streams to proactively identify any risks or potential delays in deliveries.
- master database update: updating of the master database. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained to facilitate smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- risk identification and escalation: implement risk identification protocols and promptly respond to any potential risks that may affect delivery schedules. Liaise with the logistics team and couriers to timely escalate, address and mitigate identified risks effectively.
- contact logistics team and couriers: establish effective communication channels with the logistics team and courier partners to ensure timely coordination of deliveries. Act as a point of contact for any delivery-related inquiries or issues.
- follow-up and delivery tracking: monitor deliveries from initiation to the final delivery to the patient. Ensure continuous follow-up to track progress and address any delays or obstacles that may arise during the process.
- trending report: prepare regular trending reports on delivery performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable recommendations to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.
*main requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in logistics, industrial engineering, supply chain, international trade, or a related field, with three to five years of experience in logistics planning or time-critical shipments; experience with dangerous goods or pharmaceuticals is a plus..
