*about the role*we are seeking a proactive and strategically minded business development & lead conversion specialist to drive customer engagement and maximize lead potential.this role focuses on transforming dormant or under-engaged leads into active opportunities through smart strategies, multi-channel campaigns, and expert crm management.this is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on initiative, creativity, and results, working closely with sales operations and leadership to translate insights into measurable revenue growth.
*main responsabilities*lead conversion & crm management*- analyze our existing database to identify and prioritize leads for targeted outreach campaigns.
- maintain a high level of organization so no opportunity is missed.
*campaign strategy & execution*- collaborate with leadership to align campaigns with seasonal trends, geographic opportunities, and sales goals.
- propose innovative strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- track and report campaign performance, ensuring a clear roi.
*sales integration & reporting*- work with the sales operations manager to hand off qualified leads effectively.
- maintain clear tracking of performance metrics: conversion rates, engagement rates, and pipeline growth.
- deliver actionable insights on trends, opportunities, and campaign effectiveness.
*requirements*- experience in business development, crm, or lead management.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, sales, or related fields.
- familiarity with spotio, jobnimbus, birdeye, or callrail (or ability to learn quickly).
- strong analytical skills for data segmentation and campaign optimization.
- excellent english written and verbal communication skills (b2-c2)- self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
