mission
as a regional sales manager, you will play a key role in the development and management of large-scale projects, from the design phase through to delivery. Your main responsibilities will include:
* business development: identify and prospect new clients, negotiate high-stakes contracts, and manage commercial opportunities.
* project management: oversee each project from pre-sales to commissioning, in close collaboration with technical and operational teams.
* site coordination: ensure smooth project execution on-site in coordination with construction and installation teams.
* client follow-up and satisfaction: build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure consistent follow-up, and guarantee delivery quality.
* market analysis: monitor industry trends and contribute to the company's commercial strategy in the region.
your profile
proven experience in selling industrial or agricultural infrastructure projects.
strong skills in project management and site supervision.
ability to handle complex negotiations and close high-value contracts.
excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
