responsibilities
the opportunity: corporate communications is building its insights & measurement (i&m) capability to become an insights-driven function. This involves developing a data-focused muscle, robust measurement setup, and championing the creation and adoption of insights across the global function.
we are seeking a communications measurement & insights analyst based in mexico or brazil to represent the capability, build regional insights muscle and deliver against the regional comms agenda and objectives. This role is critical to the i&m coe international expansion and is an individual contributor role, responsible for synthesizing data, measuring performance across social, media and digital while creating compelling stories for brands. The candidate will support the sr manager, i&m international, and is responsible for overseeing and delivering against a catalog of deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity, passion for insights, collaboration, and work in a proactive, independent style with minimal guidance from a manager. Their ability to influence and work through others to effectively navigate the organization while ensuring they deliver as per commitments will be a differentiating factor.
your impact
* deliver market insights, act as the sme, drive executional excellence for latam corporate communications
* serve the market's communications agenda
* be the day-to-day contact for measurement and listening projects, ensuring coordination between stakeholders (sector owners) and the d&a capability. This includes alignment on the brief, proposal coordination, execution and delivery of results.
* act as an expert on stitching together social and media data to answer business questions in a compelling and engaging way
* deliver market- and brand-level analysis (utilizing i&m delivered dashboards, templates decks, and reporting tools) and leverage business intel to incorporate considerations beyond data into actionable insights.
* provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click is required using relevant data
* juggle multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders, ensuring delivery while proactively managing trade-offs.
* support the international lead in the management of this program (good application of governance and principles in markets).
* become an expert on i&m matters for the anchor markets across listening & media monitoring reports, campaigns performance measurement and dashboard build for our brands.
qualifications
who are we looking for?
* an expert in social listening and media monitoring, digital analytics and performance measurement with minimum 3 years experience
* self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to work independently. Capable of taking broad questions and open briefs and turning them into outputs, and business impact.
* excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Business level english mandatory
* business acumen and ability to build actionable recommendations
* strong project management skills, experience at juggling multiple priorities. Flexibility in adjusting & re-prioritizing to meet changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
* ability to influence local insights partners in their ways of working
* ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to gain efficiencies in processes & improve quality of deliverables
* attention to details & storytelling by delivering high quality output in a manner tailored to business partner’s needs
