This is a build, fix, and scale mission.you’ll take ownership of a high potential market: smbs that need solutions around employee benefits, retention, and fiscal efficiency but often don’t know it yet. If you’re looking to build, lead, and win, this is your role.* what you’ll be doing:* own smb revenue and pipeline with full accountability* lead and upgrade a team of 8 sales reps* build a repeatable outbound engine and maximize inbound conversion* install real sales discipline: crm hygiene, pipeline visibility, clear stage definitions, and execution cadence* drive consultative selling (we don’t sell products, we solve business problems)* personally step into key deals and help close* focus on high-quality smbs (not volume for the sake of volume)* track and manage the business through numbers: pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal velocity, ticket size* work cross-functionally to remove friction and accelerate growth* you’re a match- experience we're looking for:* 5+ years leading consultative sales teams.* strong experience in sales, business development (hunting)* you’ve built or scaled smb / mid-market sales before.* you’re strong in consultative selling (not transactional).* you know how to run outbound, not just wait for leads > you create opportunities !* you’ve led teams and made them better, fast* you’re hands-on: you coach, lead, and close* you operate with urgency, structure, and accountability* you understand how to sell value: retention, productivity, fiscal efficiency* you’re comfortable selling to business owners and decision-makers* bachelors degreee in engineering, business administration and/or related* spanish & english fluency.*what makes this role different* you’re not inheriting a perfect machine, you’re building one* you’ll have real ownership and visibility* your impact will be direct and measurable* you’ll shape how smb growth is done going forward*team*commercial *location:*granada, miguel hidalgo, ciudad de méxico happy at work 1) a meaningful job: be the change!
