*the impact you’ll make in this role*
as a marketing manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- implement marketing plans in line with global portfolio strategies
- drives growth by meeting customer needs through flawless portfolio and program implementation
- execute global npi’s and commercialization process in area
- deviated price list approver
- implement portfolio strategies in mexico and central america and the caribbean countries
- determines local action plan to leverage solventum penetration in the customers
- supports local sales managers, channel, reps and clinical specialist
- manage local ad&merch budget
- provides marketing advice and consults with leadership team to set and execute short-term strategic
*your skills and expertise*
to set you up for success in this role from day one, solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university
- 5+ years marketing experience, with a proven track record delivering business results
- 5 years of team leadership experience
- bilingual (english-spanish)
additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- master of business administration (mba)
- strategic pricing understanding
- ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into area adapted tactics including prioritization of regions and/or segments
- able to move in a fast-paced, decision-oriented environment, influencing other.
- strong leadership, communication, analytical and marketing skills
- experience in marketing, and product management/or development working in a health care or medical device environment
- demonstrated success working and building relationships with global and local countries colleagues and cross-functional teams.
