about the role:
* create and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand customer relationships
* develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* act as the primary point of contact for clients in the extrusion industry, providing tailored solutions and expert advice
* maintain a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and market developments to inform sales approaches
requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in industrial b2b sales, preferably in extrusion
* solid understanding of aluminum extrusion processes; die casting is a plus
* strong commercial drive and proven closing ability
* advanced english language skills, enabling effective collaboration with global teams and clients
* excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* self-motivated attitude with high autonomy and accountability
* willingness to travel extensively across mexico and latin america
* engineering background or technical affinity is a significant asset
* proficiency in microsoft excel; crm tools are highly desirable
