as a full-stack tech lead, you will be responsible for designing and building high-quality, scalable software that meets the needs of our organization.
your primary responsibilities will include:
* designing and implementing clean code and design patterns.
* solving complex technical challenges with both immediate and long-term impact.
* guiding junior engineers in technical and professional growth.
* partnering with product teams, architects, and ux designers to create seamless solutions.
you will also be expected to:
* actively engage in agile scrum rituals—stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* taking ownership of projects, delivering quality solutions on time.
* identifying and implementing process optimizations.
* stay ahead of technology trends, championing innovative tools and practices.
technical skills required:
* java (version 8 and above) spring boot or similar frameworks
* sql (relational) databases
* rest, react or javascript/typescript, html/css
* cloud-native development with aws
* unit testing practices (experience with frameworks like junit, mockito)
* event-driven architectures
desired technical skills:
* mobile cross-platform development with react native or equivalent frameworks (.net maui / xamarin or flutter)
* testing automation using frameworks like selenium and restassured or equivalent
* generative ai/llms
* nosql databases (aws dynamodb or equivalent)
* atlassian tools (jira, bitbucket, confluence) or equivalent
