For more information, go to .beyond yoga is looking for a detail-oriented *procurement operations specialist* to support our teams with *indirect purchasing* spend through *tradeshift*. The procurement operations specialist will support all purchasing and procurement functions by creating purchase orders, data analysis, process coordination, service entries, and vendor management. The specialist will partner with buyers/category managers, internal stakeholders, and *global indirect ap* team to resolve invoices and ensure timely payments. The specialist will maintain accurate data, streamline processes, and improve spend visibility while fully aligned with company policy.you will work directly with high-volume business partners, especially *marketing* and *retail*, to keep end-to-end purchasing process accurate, timely, and compliant.*about the role* help purchase activities including purchase requisition review, po creation, po maintenance, and order tracking. Maintain documentation of open po's, business owners, and expected spend.* create and manage indirect po's in tradeshift on behalf of business requestors. Monitor open orders, delivery schedules, backorders, and discrepancies; work with vendors and our teams to resolve issues.* support vendor onboarding process and documentation.* partner with teams to complete service entries and ensure proper and accuate month-end accruals.* troubleshoot invoice issues with ls&co.'S indirect ap team.* maintain visibility into open pos, invoice status, and vendor payments.* collaborate with u.s.-based stakeholders across marketing, retail, finance, and procurement.* identify gaps, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies, recommending improvements to enhance purchasing operations.*about you* 2–4 years' experience in procurement, purchasing operations, ap, or similar roles.* written and verbal communication in *english & spanish.* high attention to detail and comfortable managing transactional workflows.
