we need you to:
be our market explorer
proactively identify high-potential sellers across mexico through market analysis and field research
build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors and industry associations
become a growth architect
develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers' gmv through:
data-driven product selection
traffic acquisition tactics (social media ads/seo/kol collaboration)
promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales/launch events)
serve as operational partner
guide sellers through platform onboarding: sku optimization, listing creation, logistics setup
provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans
key requirements:
fluent professional english (written and spoken)
bachelor's degree (or recent graduate) in marketing, business, e-commerce, or related fields
strong excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup) and basic data analysis capability
experience in b2b sales or e-commerce are a big plus
understanding of mexican manufacturing clusters (e.g., guadalajara footwear, león leather goods)
