Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cold Caller or in a similar sales or lead generation role
- Strong background or familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
- Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly with potential clients
- Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Working laptop or desktop computer with webcam and noise-cancelling headset
- Quiet and distraction-free work environment
- Proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication tools
- Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet daily or weekly call targets
