Job Title: Brand QA Specialist

Reports To: Brand QA Lead / Head of Creative Quality
Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Brand QA Sr Analyst to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all marketing assets. This role is responsible for reviewing digital and offline materials—such as banners, landing pages, emails, and print pieces—to confirm adherence to brand guidelines, layout structure, typography, and color accuracy. The idóneo candidate has a sharp eye for design quality and understands how to safeguard brand standards in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review visual assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, layout grids, and design systems.
- Validate use of brand colors, logos, icons, typography, and spacing across creative materials.
- Flag inconsistencies in design elements, formatting, and visual hierarchy.
- Work closely with designers and production teams to correct deviations.
- Maintain QA documentation and brand compliance checklists.
- Help onboard new team members to brand standards and design quality expectations.
- Perform visual checks across multiple formats: static, animated, print, and digital.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in design QA, art production, or a visual quality control role.
- Strong understanding of design principles and brand consistency.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools for visual review.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an eye for alignment, balance, and composition.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, or insurance.
- Basic knowledge of print production or responsive design is a plus.
- Comfortable working in high-volume production environments.
