The
sr. Group brand manager
is in charge of leading category development/growth by ensuring excellence in execution across the 5p's with regular business updates to the marketing director, local management, division & global.
this position is responsible for building strategic brand growth plans for the following 3 years by identifying the biggest/new segments opportunities and developing plans to achieve/surpass short & mid-term objectives.

build brand growth plans
manage and control p&l and budget & planning
lead commercial planning
full ownership and management of promotions, new products launch grid, shopper events & equity campaigns
embrace digital transformation

education, experience, & skill requirements
bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or marketing
1-2 years of previous experience as senior brand manager or similar positions
advanced proficiency in english, both written and spoken
google tools advanced management
nielsen advisor / answers desirable
