*position overview*:
in this role, you will collaborate with fellow operations team members to understand user needs and create solutions to positively impact digital product development. This is a hands-on role, supporting customers across disciplines to design studies that answer their critical research questions.
*key responsibilities*:
- understand the company´s platform to effectively identify research opportunities and isolate the correct audiences for each
- build and field studies for prototypes and other designs for websites, apps, and other digital experiences, all with the journey of end users in mind
- coordinate survey launches with partners and monitor progress for timely delivery
- collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes
*desired skills & qualifications*:
- 2+ years of mixed-method research experience, preferably in the digital space
- knowledge and experience across a range of research methodologies, including usability studies, interviews, and surveys
- understanding of quantitative methodologies including survey design and analysis
- proficiency with building surveys on qualtrics, creator screener questions for specific audience targeting
- proficiency with hubspot service hub or similar tolos such as zen desk.
- experience with userlytics and figma preferred but not required
