*what you'll do*:- research trends in digital and social content, with a focus on post-production techniques.
- contribute ideas and creative direction on briefs, bringing deep video expertise to every project.
- own your post-production pipeline from ingest to final delivery, collaborating with creatives, strategists, and marketers along the way.
- produce short-form videos that stand out, crafting compelling stories from raw footage with precision and speed.
- edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for various digital channels.
- continuously raise the creative bar through innovative visual storytelling and editing techniques.
*what you'll need to succeed*:- 5+ years of experience creating high-quality content preferably with any on-set experience.
- good understanding of digital marketing, multimedia assets and exporting for multiple channels, including both traditional and social media.
- proven ability to create high-impact short-form video content, with a strong showreel showcasing storytelling and editing skills.deep proficiency in adobe premiere pro and adobe creative cloud tools (after effects a plus).
- excellent understanding of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital and social platforms.
- strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling.highly organized, with excellent file management and version control habits.
- ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.
- a proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for improving both process and creative output.
