The main purpose of the role is managing end-to-end company's controlling, accounting and tax practices, overseeing key relations with internal stakeholders and ensuring the necessary financial controls are carried out to effectively support the decision-making process of the company's future strategy.

* minimum 10-15 years of experience (minimum 5 years of leadership as finance manager/cfo) gained in multi-cultural and matrix organizations within industrial, manufacturing markets coupled with audit background
* experience in establishing procedures, systems, processes and guidelines in parallel with country regulations
* strong know-how in financial planning and control, accounting, tax, risk and treasury
* solid analytical and reporting skills; has to be highly competent working with numbers and excel (able to deliver strategic and precise interpretation/presentation to top management and shareholders)
* having strong stakeholder management and strategic business partnering approach, who is able to guide top management and challenge the status-quo
* having global vision/understanding with growth mindset who is also ambitious, self-motivated, resilient, proactive, result-oriented and adaptable
* structured, process oriented and methodical with the ability to switch from the big picture to details when needed
* ifrs know-how is important (able to understand how to judge transactions purely based on group and ifrs view)
* fluency in english is a must
responsibilities
* setting the vision, mission, strategy and tactics for the finance function
* leading the transformation of finance function with hands-on approach
* preparing annual budget and financial plan
* reviewing the balance sheet and p&l for act, fct and bud
* monitoring the company's performance against the budget and presenting financial reports to the top management supporting decision making processes with precise data and recommendations
* supervising all necessary activities for timely fulfillment of financial and accounting requirements
* ensuring that appropriate cost control measures are identified and implemented
* representing company during cba negotiations meetings and reporting labor cost calculation to the top management and shareholders
* developing treasury strategies to minimize risks while managing the utilization/repayment of loans and cash flow
* monitoring the liquidity position of the company and evaluating additional financial requirements in line with the company's business plan and budget
* finding and developing the right talents for the organization, giving coaching and mentoring
