Requirements
at least 1 year of call center experience.
At least 1 year of medical office experience.
At least 6 months experience with ecw.
Fast typing speed, at least 60 words per minute.
Reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
Patient, quick, smart, kind, responsive attitude.
Nice to have
spanish language speaker.
Hours
monday – friday, 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. Lunch break: 30 or 45 minutes.
