As a Customer Service Representative at Scalepex, you’ll be the friendly, reliable voice customers trust. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and make each interaction a positive experience — representing both Scalepex and our clients with empathy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, showing empathy and understanding.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Document all interactions clearly in our CRM to ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Exceed performance goals while maintaining high-quality service standards.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- Availability to work full-time and on-site at Balcones Coloniales, Querétaro.
- Experience in customer service or call center roles is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- A problem-solver mindset and a genuine desire to help people.
- Comfort with multitasking and using digital tools or CRM systems.
