*what will we be expecting you to do?*
- work with team members to find potential customers and meet company monthly standard
- you will be working remotely and reporting to our hq team
- do direct visit to clients place
- documents client’s information including phone number, address, and call history
- respond to forthcoming inquiries regarding usa fda, process certification, product certification, and training through phone calls
- ready to take outbound calls
- provide timely and professional responses to client queries.
- adhere to a night shift schedule to align with us working hours.
- ensure availability during key us business hours for real-time communication.

- confident and good communication in english and local language
- able to accept constructive criticism and willingness to improve skills
- good communicating and persuasion skills
- able to use basic computer software like words, ppt and excel
