Manage control and maintenance of mobile equipment driver licenses.? Create training plans, strategies, budgets, and ensure alignment with operational and legal needs.? Oversee employee recognition processes.? Follow up on plant labor cases and apply the rit.? Prepare reports on turnover, absenteeism, eh&s activities, and training.? Ensure compliance with the qms (iso9001:2015) related to their role.? Adhere to safety rules applicable to their role.? Participate in planned training related to quality and training.?
