as a key member of our human resources team, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of core hr processes, programs, and best practices to support strategic objectives. The operations specialist will provide functional support to the hr operations and talent acquisitions teams while ensuring a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction and service.
responsibilities:
* managing hr processes such as talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, and the employee lifecycle
* overseeing candidate tracking throughout the hiring and onboarding process
* managing reporting programs for applicants and/or employee information
* ensuring processes are created and followed and complied with core business processes
* performing data entry and proactively auditing hr systems to ensure the integrity of candidate and employee data
* maintaining employee files including filing of records, records retention activities, and agreement tracking
requirements:
* high school diploma and 2 years of experience in human resources support, recruitment, or hr operations
* basic understanding of hr fundamentals and business concepts
* ability to build relationships and effectively connect with others
* proficiency with microsoft office suite (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint)
* bachelor\'s or associate degree in business administration or related field; hr focus preferred
* experience with workday or other applicant tracking systems
* experience in a fast-paced business setting
* familiarity with scrum and/or agile frameworks
