* lead integration planning: plan, design, and implement workday integrations with other software systems, ensuring alignment with client business requirements.
* design and implement integrations: design, code, unit test, and rollout integrations to meet client needs.
* collaborate with stakeholders: effectively communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure a smooth integration process.
* provide post‑implementation support: deliver ongoing support to ensure the integration continues to meet client business requirements.
* ensure solution delivery: guarantee the integration solution is delivered to meet the client's business requirements and expectations.

* senior workday platform practitioner – hands‑on experience designing, building, testing, and maintaining secure data connections between workday and external systems.
* workday platform understanding – experience effectively designing and implementing integrations that meet client business requirements.
* external system integration – experience integrating workday with other software systems, including understanding technical requirements and constraints.
* technical implementation skills – experience with coding, unit testing, and rollout of integrations, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* business requirements analysis – experience analyzing client business requirements to inform integration design and implementation decisions.
* stakeholder collaboration – experience working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the integration process.
preferred technical & professional experience
* advanced integration knowledge – experience with complex system integrations involving multiple stakeholders and varied technical requirements.
* technical troubleshooting skills – experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to integrations, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
