the country manager will be responsible for leading and directing all business activities in mexico, including sales, service, applications, and logistics .
this role carries full accountability for driving profitable growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence across the country.

education & experience requirements
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, engineering, or related field
* minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, business development, and operations
* proven experience managing complex commercial operations at a country or regional level
* experience in both direct-to-customer sales and distributor sales models
* strong leadership and negotiation skills
* advanced/fluent english
* availability to travel domestically and internationally
* valid passport and u.s. visa
