requirements:
* native fluency in spanish, with proficiency in english or chinese.
* 2-5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in credit card transaction risk management or fraud detection.
* proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams in fast-paced environments.
* strong analytical skills to detect fraud patterns and drive process improvements.
