Your tasks
this position provide support to plant management as well as ensure compliance with local and corporate travel policies and organizational communications in the plant. Ensure compliance with purchasing policies for products and administrative services that are required.
Main tasks:
- local contact in travel management, provide advice to regular travelers in the management of their trips.
- local communications contact ensuring compliance with local and corporate guidelines in organizational communication.
- provide support to administrative activities of plant management.
- assist the plant manager in the reparation of meetings and activities for the assertive communication among the team.
- petty cash control in accordance with established policies.
- requisition in ceos for purchase of not related production materials.
- coordination of protocols for plant meetings with visits.
*profile*:
- truncated university degree, technical career in secretarial or assistant or similar.
- minimum two years' assistant experience
- advance english level
- microsoft office advance
- basic knowledge in administration
