qualifications
* bs related to engineering or materials or sales & marketing with at least 2-3 years of experience in the plastics, or automotive, e&e, home appliances industries
* good marketing skills and business sense
* excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
* experience using crm to manage the sales process and forecast sales
* ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
* strong analytical aptitude and great problem-solving skills
* presentation skills and ability to deliver product value to a highly technical audience.
* excellent communication skills and experience working with international teams
* knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting
* language: english as working language, and local language
