the sales manager at dyadlaw, p.c. is a senior-level revenue leader responsible for driving predictable, measurable growth across the firm's intake, sales (client relationship specialists/closers), and client success functions.
this role owns the full sales conversion system — from lead intake to retained client — ensuring operational discipline, consistent coaching, data-driven decision-making, and high-performance standards across the team.
the sales manager leads a warm inbound sales environment supported by a robust marketing engine. This is a hands‐on, performance‐driven leadership role requiring strong execution, accountability, and strategic oversight.
this role is fully accountable for the effectiveness, performance, and continuous improvement of the firm's sales and intake function.
this position is remote in mexico.

$60,000 - $70,000 mx per month
