About the role we’re seeking a full‑time web designer (marketing‑focused) to join our team and help craft seamless and engaging user experiences across our projects. You will design fully responsive visuals from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional user experiences. Your primary focus will include creating marketing landing pages, managing related advertisements, and executing branding initiatives. Responsibilities visual design – create marketing materials such as landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with the brand’s visual identity and marketing goals. Brand consistency – ensure all designs maintain consistency with the brand’s guidelines and messaging across different platforms and channels. Campaign design – develop visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners and promotional materials, to support marketing strategies and goals. Market research and analysis – conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and preferences; analyze industry trends and competitor designs to create innovative marketing materials. Information architecture – develop information architecture and user flows to create intuitive and effective user experiences; organize and structure content for optimal engagement and navigation. Usability testing – plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs, identify improvement areas, and iterate designs based on results. Accessibility and inclusivity – ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities and stay updated on accessibility standards to integrate them into the design process. User interface design – design visually appealing, user‑friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines; create low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. Organization & documentation – produce visual and interaction assets, including style guides and design systems, to streamline the development team’s implementation. Handoff delivery – prepare and deliver comprehensive design handoffs to engineering teams. Industry awareness – stay up‑to‑date with industry design trends and technologies. Collaboration – work closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders; drive collaborative client interactions to elevate designs beyond expectations. Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs. Ownership – manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high‑quality deliverables; align design efforts with overall business goals and make informed decisions. Requirements minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a b2b environment including agency, tech, or freelance work. Startup agency experience is a big plus. Graphic design skills – expertise in creating compelling visual content with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficient in adobe creative suite and other design tools. Ui skills – excel in creating scalable ui designs for desktop and mobile using figma and adobe suite. Web mastery – advanced proficiency in web design, with deep understanding of interfaces, ux principles, and ability to create visually compelling websites. Organization – skilled in systemic design for team‑wide use, covering components, typography, colors, grids, and margins. Accountable – take ownership, solve problems independently, and commit to project success. Communication – effective team and client communication, presenting research and design concepts. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work in print and digital. Experience with figma and adobe illustrator; photoshop is a plus. Excellent communication skills.
