about the role

this role is essential to maintaining and constantly improving our work environment, ensuring effective people management and the overall well-being of our team. We're seeking a highly motivated and organized recruiter & hr coordinator who's committed to taking us to the next level.


key responsibilities:

* recruitment strategy development:
o develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for open positions.
o work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and draft accurate and compelling job descriptions.
o review, screen, and evaluate candidate resumes and applications.
o conduct initial and technical interviews to assess candidate competencies, skills, and cultural fit.
o coordinate and schedule technical interviews involving development teams and other relevant stakeholders.
o manage the entire offer process, including salary negotiations, finalizing employment terms, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
* employee lifecycle management:
o oversee and effectively manage the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring to exit—ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
o maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records.
o supervise onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration of new team members into the company culture and operations.
o implement effective training and professional development programs, especially tailored for the technical (it) staff.
* culture enhancement & office operations:
o foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative workplace environment, promoting effective communication, teamwork, and morale among employees.
o act as a liaison between management and employees, proactively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly and effectively.
o plan, organize, and coordinate team-building activities and internal events to continuously strengthen company culture.
o provide support in office administration, including handling visitors, managing office purchases, and addressing various operational needs that may arise.


requirements:

* bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* experience level: from entry-level to associate, with proven experience in recruiting and hr processes.
* basic understanding of it technologies and technical roles (preferred but not mandatory).
* experience managing the complete employee lifecycle and human resources operations.
